◆ 个人简况
卢萌盟，1979年11月生，陕西乾县人，浙江大学博士，中国矿业大学教授（三级）、博/硕士生导师。主要从事地基与基础工程方面的科研和教学工作。2009年6月获浙江大学岩土工程专业博士学位。2009年6月入职中国矿业大学，2011年12月晋升副教授，2016年12月晋升教授。2009.10-2014.03在中国矿业大学土木工程博士后流动站开展博士后研究；2013.11-2014.11受国家留学基金委全额资助在澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学访问交流。
入选江苏省“333工程”中青年科技领军人才（第二层次）、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人、江苏省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师、淮海科技英才奖、江苏省地下空间学会优秀科技工作者、徐州市十大青年科技奖、中国矿业大学“科研育人”先进个人（2次）、中国矿业大学青年学术带头人、中国矿业大学优秀青年骨干教师、浙江大学优秀毕业研究生、河南省第二届优秀硕士学位论文等人才项目和荣誉。
主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目4项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助、中国博士后科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费等基金项目多项。在Canadian Geotechnical Journal, Acta Geotechnica, Geotextiles and Geomembranes，Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering,《岩土工程学报》和《岩石力学与工程学报》等国内外主流学术期刊上发表论文117篇，SCI和EI检索108篇；其中第一和通讯作者发表论文66篇，SCI检索35篇，EI检索26篇。以第一著者在科学出版社出版学术专著1部；受理/授权发明专利12项；研究成果获2018年国家科技进步一等奖，2017年浙江省科技进步一等奖，2017年中国岩石力学与工程学会科技进步特等奖，2024年度中国公路学会科技进步一等奖。
