The Qian Qihu class of our college has been honored as the 19th "Youth of China University of Mining and Technology" Annual Figure of China University of Mining and Technology, and has been awarded the title of "Advanced Class Collective" at the provincial level of Jiangsu Province, "Outstanding Youth League Branch" at the university level of China University of Mining and Technology. It has also been awarded the title of "Outstanding Picture Team" in the National College Students' Summer Social Practice "Three Down to the Countryside Through the Lens" and "Outstanding Team" in the National College Students' Social Practice "Thousand Schools, Thousand Projects" project activity. It was awarded the title of "Outstanding Team in the Summer Cultural, Scientific and Technological, and Health 'Three Down to the Countryside' Social Practice Activity for College and Vocational School Students in Jiangsu Province", and was also recognized as an "Outstanding Team in the Summer Social Practice of College Students in the Yangtze River Delta". Meanwhile, the Qian Qihu Class Party Branch's "Carrying Forward the Red Gene, Promoting the Spirit of Scientists, and Practicing the Aspiration of Serving the Country through Engineering - 'Red Shield Soul-Casting and Education Plan' Series of Theme Party Day Activities" won the title of "Best Party Day Activity" among all universities in the province, was awarded the title of "Annual Safety Demonstration Class Collective" by China University of Mining and Technology, and was consecutively recognized as an "Excellent Academic Atmosphere Class" for three times and received the "Excellent Academic Atmosphere Mobile Red Flag" nine times. The class's professional course grades rank first in the grade, the pass rate of CET-4 is 100%, and the scholarship acquisition rate is 100%. The class members have won more than 40 awards in school-level or above science and technology innovation competitions, including the Special Prize of Jiangsu Province College Students' Civil Engineering Structure Innovation Competition and the First Prize of Jiangsu Province of China International College Students' Innovation Competition.

To cultivate a deep sense of patriotism and love for the country, we have creatively carried out a series of Party building activities and Party day activities under the "Red Shield Soul-Casting and Education Plan" through various forms such as holding theme class meetings, conducting social practices, overseas study Tours, and participating in major national projects. We have integrated innovative theories of the Party, such as the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, into daily education, guiding students to firmly hold onto their ideals and beliefs. Truly implement the Party's innovative theories in the practice of class construction. The "Party, League and Class integration construction" of Qian Qihu Class has been strengthened, enhancing the collective's centripetal force, cohesion and combat effectiveness.
